Mr. T. Mutunhu (Chairman)
Taka Mutunhu has over 35 years of experience
in both private and public sectors. Over twelve years were spent working in
the United States of America as an accountant, auditor, treasurer and
finance director as well as Lecturer. In 1980 he joined the Government of
Zimbabwe as Deputy Secretary for Finance and Administration in the Ministry
of Agriculture before moving to the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development.He then joined Agricultural Finance
Corporation (AFC) as the General Manager in 1983. He spearheaded the
transformation of AFC into a fully-fledged commercial bank in 1999 and
became its first Managing Director until his retirement in December 2003. He
is a Board member of ARDA, Dawn Insurance Brokers, FBC Building Society and
Chinhoyi University. Taka holds an MBA degree in Finance & Banking from the
American University, Washington D.C. and a BSc. Degree in Accounting from
Central Michigan University.
1.jpg) Mr. T. Kwashirai (Managing Director)
Willi is the CEO of Interneuron Holdings Ltd
in South Africa, was previously Associate Professor of Accounting, a Partner
at Allan Gray, and Chief Investment Officer of Norwich and Brait.
He co-founded a successful majority
black-owned and -managed asset manager in 1999, before starting Interneuron
in 2001, where he is responsible for fundamental analysis and portfolio
management. Willi received a total of four Raging bull awards, including the
first ever Raging Bull Award for consistent top performance of the Norwich
General Equity Unit Trust.
In the 10 years prior to founding
Interneuron, Willi achieved an auditable return of 21,9% p.a. on his
personal equity portfolio, which was managed using avoidance of loss
principles. This compares favourably to the 12,4% p.a. return of the All
Share Index, and the 11,2% p.a. return of the average General Equity Unit
Trust over the same period. At Norwich Willi had overall responsibility for
funds totalling R16 billion. Willi is approved and regulated by the South
African Financial Services Board as a Portfolio Manager for both local and
offshore investments.

Ms. R.R. Kaseke (Non Executive Director)
Ms. Kaseke is the CEO of the Health Services
Board. Prior to that she was Pro-Vice Chancellor responsible for Finance and
Administration at the Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU), having previously held
the position of Finance Director at the same institution. She also worked
for Bindura University (Deputy Bursar), University of Zimbabwe (Senior
Assistant Bursar), the Zimbabwe Institute of Development Studies (Financial
Controller) and Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe as a Research Officer. She holds an
MBA and a B. Admin Honours from the University of Zimbabwe. She also sits on
the NSSA Board and Forestry Commision. She chairs our Finance and Audit
Committee.

Mr. J.M. Mafusire (Non Executive Director)
Joseph is a Senior Partner with Scanlen and
Holderness a legal firm he joined in 1987. He holds a BL and LLB from the
University of Zimbabwe. He also seats on the Boards of Supreme Panel Beaters
and Counterpart Zimbabwe .
